There was an "update", if you can call it that, on the Ivy Leinin case. I am sickened that this little girl has not been a priority at all as far as law enforcement in Roosevelt & Richland counties. First people see a man in a red and white van watching kids in the park near by last week and now a child is missing?! Keep a close eye on your children. Hopefully this little boy will be found!

10-year-old has been missing since Wednesday

The Williston Police Department is asking for information on a reported missing child.

Police received a call this morning that Jesse Martell, 10, Williston didn't come home Wednesday night.

Lt. Mark Hanson of the Williston Police Department said they received a call from Martell's mother at approximately 12:45 a.m. Hanson said that he reportedly had gone to the pool area at Century Apartments around 8 p.m. Wednesday and never came home.

Hanson said the mother had already begun searching for him before calling police.

Martell is described as being 4 foot, 11 inches tall with brown hair and hazel-colored eyes. He was last seen wearing an extra-large sized fire-colored shirt and a pair of shorts. Martell was also last seen riding a red stunt bike.

Anyone with information on Martell's whereabouts is asked to contact the Williston Police Department at 577-1212 immediately.
