I believe Dorgan is "BURNT OUT", he has some good ideas on reform, he knows the demcrats are gonna screw up this health care and he's gonna get out before the collapse. I kinda like Dorgans common sense approach to many things after observing him on cspan over time. The people of north dakota need to drill into the next "Candidate" what THEY WANT. and to call them on the "OBAMA" promises that were a line oF BS.
Steve Slocum had a very good letter to the editor Sunday or Monday. Where is the truth. Who know's. Goverment keeps getting bigger pocket's, and our's get smaller. I guess we will know soon enough.

From the outside looking in...it appears as though it is very difficult to be a "moderate" these days. I have to believe moderates need a little more time to make decisions considering they don't have an obvious bias. The rate that large bills are being slammed through the system, it must be a difficult position for Dorgan.
OR...he simply see's the writing on the wall...

He probably read the writing on the wall, after reading all the letters he received. Probably just wanted out gracefully. Who knows. But he said he has plans.
Wow...do you suppose he sensed major problems with the potential race against Hoevan?
