Yeah, and the meek shall inherit the earth so why would they desire to have what the greedy have?  Does being in debt up to your eyeballs qualify for being meek?

Oh great topic Steve!  Our founding fathers were right on the dot when they wrote the constitution.   Everything was thought out and in sound mind, and with the guidence from God.  Now hopefully I can make sense out of what I want to say.

Ok.... I think that the down fall of all humanity is the sin of Covet.  Its destroying us.  Each and everyone us covet something everyday.  And this Covet goes back to Cain and Abel.    (do you find it ironic that Cain is pronounced close to "Can" and his brother was just "Abel"?..anyway)  Cain coveted the relationship Abel had with God.  Then Cain killed Abel, and Cain stomped his foot and said well it's not my fault.  Well, whos fault was it then? Abel's cause he did what was right?   Then Cain whined and complained that his punishment was to much for him to bare.
I'm wondering if anyone else can see the irony that is happening now?  There have always been the very rich and the very poor.  The reason why we are in this mess is do to coveting.    Everybody wants to drive big lavish cars,  live in huge homes and buy spendy clothes.   And why?  Covet.  Do you think your life is worth less than the rich guy next door?  If you think that way...change it.  Your life is worth just as much as the rich guy.  Stop judging your self by the standards that man has made and start judging yourself by the actions in your heart and soul.
When each and everyone of us are born into this life, there is no signed document by God saying you will have an easy, rich life without trials or tribulation.  God wants us all Golden without imperfections.   Never forget how the purest gold is made.   It is put in the hottest fire ever...then brought out, beat down and put in the  flames again.   This happens over and over again until all the impurities are beat out of the gold.
Stop coveting.  Be happy for your neighbors who have a new car or boat or whatever it is.   And remember that LOVE grows BIG in a small house.    Sharing the so called "wealth" is wrong.   Be responisble for your own life.   No one owes you anything.  But we owe our lives to God.   No more, no less....be content and Know that God IS.

No they set general common sense guidelines.  Who knew that all the quacks would get lobbiest's.  Did our founding fathers have lobbiest's? (sp) hmm
