Under the Century Code, the State owns all minerals under navigatable waters.  I don't know what the current position is, but in the fall of last year there was alot of talk about this.  I believe the revenues from the well are in dispute.

Not sure if this is true or not but I heard the Corp of Engineers was saying they have the mineral rights.  Like I said could just be a rumor.

What has been the issue's on the Williston's Oil Well?  Who is getting the Money?  Big Headlines about that Oil Well and then nothing.  Is it all quiet now and nobody gets to know?    I want to know - so someone should tell me how to get the information.  It would be greatly appreciated.  Does the Court house know?  Is there Information at the Mayor's office?  Does anyone on active Issue's know?
