The team needs an enima. All coaches for sure. If I were Ziggy I'd go after Parcells to be GM and tell him to get after Cowher to coach. Put together a real coaching staff and start the team from scratch. I'd trade McKinnie and Peterson for draft picks and I'd be picking O-Linemen early and often in the draft. I'd also trade EJ Henderson and Winfield and re-sign Greenway. Between all of the trades there should be cap room enough to look for at least one big free agent splash. And that splash would NOT be McNabb. I'd also see what it would take to get Kyle Orton. He's not great but he's good enough for a rebuilding team and to hold the hand of a highly drafted rookie in 2012.
The team needs a Gregg Williams or a Dom Capers like d-coordinator. Rivera out of San Diego could be a nice pick for head coach as well.
Anyways, the point could very well be moot if they pack up and head to Cali. I'd become a Texans fan then.
