Happy New Year to all. I know nothing about sport's, but, Randy since your wife works in oncology, look up the Pink Glove Dance on You Tube. Maybe you have, but if you haven't please enjoy. It is very respectfull.
Dudes....as some of you know, my wife works in Scottsdale as an NP in an oncology clinic...so I have been paying more attention to the Cardinals....and as a dark horse, I'm gonna put my money on them ( figuratively speaking of course, since I am not much of a gambler)....
As a fellow old guy, I like to empathize with Kurt Warner....
Happy New Years all....and to parrot Steve....I hope the website will take off again. I have had several people email me to get the link since they have had difficulty connecting....which means people ARE interested....

Personally I'm hoping for a Vikes v. Indy showdown in Miami. If MN is going to make it to the big show, I really want another dome team playing on that weird real grass stuff against them.

July will continue to follow June. What's that? Nostradomus you say?
Okay, seriously...I predict the Vikings will beat the Chargers in the Superbowl in Miami. Take that Packer fans!!!

It's truly hard for me to believe this forum is still active. After the big "blow-up" and people deciding to take their ball and go home, I figured enough people were turned off and the site would eventually shrivel up and die. Wow...guess I was wrong. I really, really appreciate all of you that continue to post comments here, and also all of you that merely stop in just to read. You are all greatly appreciated!!
It has been drawn to my attention that there are still people actively seeking a forum that consists of discussions, debates, and general trading of information. Those that are still wanting to seperate the above from the Herald guestbook and keep the guestbook merely for "hello's" and things of that nature. Considering there are still quite a number of people stopping by our site, posting on our site, and inquiring about our site...well...I think it's time to start giving them what they want.
I will be once again actively seeking topics that we can all relate to. Some will be fun, some will be provocative. I'll probably make more people mad at me...I might even make some friends. But...I will be more strict on slanderous comments, name calling, etc... I will expect a more tactful appoach to hot topics when disagreements occur. I personally enjoy the more "in your face" approach to debates, but I now realize in order to keep a strong stable of active participants, civil discourse must rule the board.
So...to make a short story long...
Let's start by making some predictions for 2010...serious, funny, provoking...doesn't matter. It's all for our entertainment. Enjoy!!!!
