I think it is in the 3 mile jurisdiction (sp) and the city is still recieving monies from the federal same as they did on 11th street west side. It I think is federal - state and City. What ever your concerns are it will get lost. Sorry.

I believe that since that is considered part of state highway 2, you'd have to bring your issue to the State Highway Patrol. Best of luck with that.

Does anyone know who I would contact about a stop light being put in? I work at Ryan Motors North store and trying to get on the Highway from the approach is REDICULOUS during the day.....
