RE: Swine Flu

Thank you - I never thought to panic...some people are..but washing hand's is important but more so when handling food.  It has to be constant.  I caught bit's before... and alot today.  Thank's again.

Well there is no way of "not" getting it persay....Its like Influenza A or B where it is the repiratory flu....spread by coughing or sneezing...basically they are telling you to practice good hygene, cover your mouth with your ELBOW not hand when you cough or sneeze...covering your mouth with your hand, then touching something or someone....if thats what you practice then you might as well have sneezed on that person! ELBOW is best and keep your hands off your face and wash often.  (can you tell Im a germ freak?)  LOL BTW I read tamiflu works on the swine flu....and allergies dont come with a fever or body aches....even with allergies you should be covering your mouth and nose...

Can some one here tell me about this, I don't understand if there is something that can take care of this.  Coughing and Sneezing spreads it..  But sometimes that can be allergies.
