YES! Last night's documentary on ABC was terrific!
His kids, at least his oldest child, has the same incredible outlook as he had! Can you believe a young child actually able to understand and retain the attitude that anything can be overcome if you believe that it can. Simply amazing!

I totally agree Steve! I have been following his story ever since it became a phenomenon on You Tube. What a legacy he left his children. I only hope I could be as humble, as humorous, as elequent and poised when I face the end of my life. I loved that he said they can't make a movie about his life because there is no actress beautiful enough to play his wife.
The most important lesson I learned from all the stories I have read and listened to is.... NOT HELPFUL. When thinking negative, worrying about the future or being sad and angry over uncontrolled events, think to yourself NOT HELPFUL. Because I am a sort of worry wart myself, it will be replacing my wonderful husband's mantra he says to me almost daily, worrying is a wasted emotion.
I encourage anyone, especially a preteen or teenager to watch his lecture and tell me that he didn't inspire you a little.

This may seem to be a sappy thread, truth is...it probably is. But the fact is, if you've witnessed the life of a gentleman named Randy Pausch, your life will never be the same. This man was the most incredible person of our times.
If you need some motivation, think life is crappy because you didn't get something you want or someone made life difficult for you, go out and find out what life was like for this man and how he played the cards he was dealt. AMAZING!!!
My new signature line is a question he's asked and has lived by. I can tell you I hope to live the rest of my life as a "Tigger".
